The Qassim region is not a single city but a cluster of towns, chiefly Buraidah, Unaizah and Ar Rass, linked by highways and date-palm farms. Visitors often move between more than one of them in a day: an appointment in Buraidah, a family visit in Unaizah, then back to the hotel. Town by town
Buraidah
The regional centre, home to most government offices, major hospitals and markets. It is known for its dates market, which gets very busy during the harvest season. If you are visiting then, book early and tell the driver if you want to stop at the market.
Unaizah
A town with a strong heritage character, popular for its old quarters and farms. The run to and from Buraidah is fairly short and easy to combine with other errands in one booking.

Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz International Airport sits roughly between Buraidah and Unaizah. On arrival your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name.
