- You receive the driver's name and number before pickup so you or your guest can reach them directly.
- The fare is paid on arrival. Normal bookings need no prepayment.
Meeting Visitors at the Airport
For guests arriving by air, the driver tracks the flight and waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with the guest's name or your company's name. What You Receive Before Pickup
Once the booking is confirmed, you get a WhatsApp message with the pickup time, meeting point, vehicle class and agreed fare, followed by the driver's name and number well ahead of the appointment. If the traveller is a guest who does not speak Arabic, let us know so we can take that into account when arranging the trip.

- Mention bag counts and any equipment such as display stands so we pick a car that fits.
