A wedding day runs on a timetable
On the night of a wedding, everything overlaps: the bride is at the salon, the groom is with his family, guests from other cities are spread across several hotels, and the hall expects everyone at a set time. At Umrah Taxi we take the transport part of that timetable off your hands, with private cars and drivers who keep to the schedule, so nobody in the wedding party has to drive or chase a ride that evening.
Journeys we typically arrange on the day
- The couple’s car: salon or home to the hall, then hall to the hotel once the celebration ends.
- Close family: a family vehicle collecting elderly relatives and children from home to the venue.
- Out-of-town guests: airport pickups, as with our Jeddah Airport taxi, then hotel and venue runs.
- The day after: the couple to the airport to start their trip, or guests back to their home cities.

Pricing
Wedding bookings vary a lot: number of cars, waiting hours at the hall, number of stops. So rather than a generic figure, we send you a fixed fare per car on WhatsApp once we have the plan for the day. Fares are per car, not per passenger, and you pay when the trip is done, with no prepayment for normal bookings. Fixed fares for standard city and airport routes are in the fare guide.

- Book several days ahead, especially on holidays and weekends when weddings cluster.
- Build a buffer between leaving the salon and entering the hall for photos and traffic.
- Pick one person from the family as the single contact for all drivers.
Can the driver wait until the celebration ends?
Yes. Mention it when booking so it is included in the car’s fixed fare.
Can the car be decorated?
Tell us exactly what you have in mind and we will confirm on WhatsApp whether it is available for your date before the booking is fixed.

Yes, we arrange intercity journeys and airport pickups at a fixed fare per car.
