From the plane to your room: the usual sequence
- Before you fly: send us your flight number, hotel name, number of passengers and bags on WhatsApp.
- While you are in the air: we follow your flight, and if it lands early or late we shift the pickup accordingly.
- After landing: you have 60 minutes of free waiting to clear passport control and collect your bags.
- In arrivals: your driver is holding your name sign and helps you wheel the luggage to the car.
- At the hotel: you pay the driver the agreed fare, and nothing before that.

Some pilgrims book a Jeddah hotel for one night because of a late arrival, then continue to Makkah in the morning. Yes. We work around the clock and late-night arrivals are a normal part of our day.
